About Work Hope

'Work Hope' was started, following Juliet’s personal health challenges, and difficulties faced at work. During the Covid 19 Pandemic, like many people, Juliet contracted Covid 19, which adversely impacted her health.

Whilst trying to recuperate, Juliet had to navigate through the HR, sickness procedures and occupational health process. This left Juliet  feeling, overwhelmed and isolated. The question was, if Juliet perceived it, how did others feel?

Juliet, therefore felt a strong desire to pursue her calling, to help others in similar circumstances.

Additionally, offering strategies and solutions, to organisations, to enable their employees to thrive.

As a Workplace Ambassador, Juliet strives to overcome adversity, to advance individuals, employees and employers alike, motivating all.

The aim of Work Hope, is to support and empower professional employees, who face difficulties in the workplace.
